Community Wide Inspections

The cluster board and management will be doing the annual, community-wide inspections on May 10, 2025. Kindly take a moment to inspect your property and identify any areas that may need attention. Common issues that are frequently noted include: Siding that requires power washing, fencing in need of repair, shutters that require repair or repainting, damaged or deteriorating siding or trim, wood surfaces needing repair, replacement, or painting, trash or recycling containers visible from the street, landscaping concerns, such as overgrown lawns, weeds, or dead/dying trees and shrubs, driveways showing signs of disrepair or requiring maintenance. If you receive a letter regarding any of these issues, please note that you will be provided with a reasonable timeframe to complete the necessary work. Follow-up inspections will occur after the deadline.
