Landscaping & Snow Removal
The common area landscaping and street snow plowing is performed by Blade Runners. All trees and landscaping within each owner's property boundary are the responsibility of the homeowner to maintain.
Removal of snow from the community streets is also performed by blade runners. Owners should clear snow from the sidewalks in front of their homes after snow events.
If you have any concerns about landscaping or snow removal, please contact our property manager.
